Job summary

Wake Radiology in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle performance, financial trends, vendor accountability, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing employees and/or third-party vendors.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential financial, patient, compliance, and personnel information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue cycle reports, KPIs, A/R trends, and vendor performance.
• Lead and support the Revenue Cycle Analyst with performance management and issue resolution.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate external coding, billing, and compliance audits; follow up on findings.
• Monitor third-party billing vendor performance, contractual requirements, and SLAs.
• Communicate revenue cycle trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and regulatory requirements.
