Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking an RCS Advisor to lead performance improvement within the Revenue Cycle & Scheduling team. You will ensure high-quality, standardized work and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.

The role focuses on deep-dive analyses, comprehensive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive short-, medium-, and long-term decisions across financial, operational, and clinical metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years revenue cycle experience, with people management or IC background.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing terminology and processes.
• Understanding IT standards and methodologies (Quality Systems, PM, SDLC, Waterfall, Agile).
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the system financial team with deep-dive analyses and reporting.
• Provide strategic observations and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze diverse datasets spanning financial, operational, clinical, and economic metrics.
• Lead high-level analysis projects and forecast organizational position.
