This position will collaborate with team leadership, help support team projects and initiatives, and regularly collaborate cross-functionally to support the Revenue Cycle and Order to Cash functions.Essential Dutiesinclude but are not limited to the following:Serve as a process SME to internal department team members on internal processes and source documents.- Perform all team essential duties proficiently; including resolution of all Revenue processes, handling queues in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and troubleshooting patient claims, charges, and appeal processes.- In collaboration with leadership, support management of workflows and team resource allocation. -- Attend and co-facilitate associated meetings with internal departments. Utilize Microsoft Office and EMR reporting tools to support team initiatives and leadership requests. -- Participate in cross-department project initiatives, as needed.
