Jefferson Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Representative II to review, analyze, and initiate action on complex claim denials by coordinating with payers, hospital departments, and patients.

This role requires three years of hospital revenue cycle experience and proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office, with Epic familiarity preferred. You will develop denial resolutions and ensure payer guideline compliance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Review and resolve complex claim denials by communicating with payers, hospital departments, and patients.
• Develop appeals strategies, including authorization research, rebilling, and balance write-offs.
