Masis Professional Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Medical Coder (Temp-to-Hire) in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the Revenue Cycle Management team with accurate medical coding, claim review, compliance, and coaching for internal teams.

Responsibilities include coding with ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS, reviewing claims for accuracy, identifying issues, and providing guidance and training while staying updated on coding changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's preferred).
• CPC, CPC-A, RHIT, or CCS preferred.
• 5+ years in coding/billing.
• NextGen or similar EHR experience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel).
• Strong communication/collaboration skills.
