TURN in San Diego is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager (Billing Systems Manager) to oversee billing operations across programs, ensuring timely submissions to funders and resolution of denied or open claims.
You will lead service coding, charge entry, and accounts receivable follow-up, audit processes for efficiency, train staff, and generate monthly reports for accounting and program management. This role requires Medi-Cal billing experience and strong organizational skills.

The Revenue Cycle Manager (Billing Systems Manager) will oversee billing functions at all programs for unit/service billing entry and reconciliation. The Revenue Cycle Manager (Billing Systems Manager) will work with MHS Billers to ensure timely submission into all funder billing systems and work in resolving any outstanding denied or open claims.
