Job summary

CFS in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to partner with executive leadership and drive financial performance. This role directly impacts revenue, growth, and mission-driven outcomes within a growing healthcare and human services organization.

You will own revenue cycle analytics, forecasting, reconciliations, and performance improvement initiatives while supervising team members and aligning with accounting, finance, and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, reimbursement, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, human services, Medicaid-funded programs, or related environments strongly preferred.
• Strong background in financial analysis, reconciliations, revenue reporting, forecasting, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue streams, reimbursement activity, and client-level financial performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead revenue cycle reconciliations and ensure accuracy across billing, collections, payroll, and financial reporting processes.
• Monitor revenue drivers, service utilization, authorizations, census activity, and reimbursement trends.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to improve revenue optimization and resource allocation.
• Provide executive leadership with actionable financial analysis and recommendations for operational decision-making.
• Supervise assigned team members and collaborate closely with accounting, finance, and operational leadership.
