Job summary

ELEVATION INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY PLLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee all billing, collections, and revenue operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and is responsible for developing billing policies, monitoring financial indicators, and ensuring payer compliance.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare financial operations, and have knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing processes. A degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare financial operations.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance billing processes.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full revenue cycle process including verification and payments.
