Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, health information management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of claims, submissions, denials, remittance processing, and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational leadership for billing, AR follow-up, posting, cash reconciliation, and related back-end functions.
• Establish standardized workflows, desk-level instructions, and change-control processes.
• Develop payer-specific AR strategies using age, balance, payer, and denial reason.
• Lead automation opportunities with clear business cases and governance.
• Build dashboards and reviews translating data into accountable actions.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle workflows from charge release to final disposition.
• Ensure HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and regulatory compliance across functions.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to sustain improvements.
