Job summary

QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing Specialist to identify and resolve third-party payer rejections. You will enter charges into the EMR with the coding team and monitor missing charges, collaborating with RCM leadership to improve submission success.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical billing, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication—working in a fast-paced dermatology network across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical/insurance environment for physician practice or billing company.
• Revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Complete Modernizing Medicine University courses within 6 months of hire.
• Strict attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve payer rejections in a timely manner.
• Enter charges/bills into EMR in coordination with coding team.
• Monitor missing charges and communicate with RCM leadership.
• Contact payers to resolve issues and report trends to leadership.
