You will post payments, resolve denials, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve revenue cycle performance while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Healthcare billing and revenue cycle experience required (3+ years).
• Experience with EHR and clearinghouse software; payer portals and remittance systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Submit claims for per diem and fee-for-service billing and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Review and act on claims within established timeframes to resolve denials.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes.
• Maintain documentation and monitor trends in reimbursement and denials.
• Support audits and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
