Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two years billing experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding concepts.

Responsabilités

• Review charges and process claims for payment with accuracy.
• Respond to patient billing inquiries in a courteous, timely manner.
• Enter patient demographics, guarantor and insurance information and process payments.
• Regularly meet with Revenue Cycle Team to resolve reimbursement issues.
