Job summary

Grand River Casino is hiring an Internal Revenue Clerk to verify and record documentation from revenue areas for accuracy and compliance with internal controls. You will prepare daily manager reports and assist in financial reporting, flag variances to the Comptroller, and maintain tracking spreadsheets.

Compliance with BSA/AML regulations is required. We seek a candidate with at least 6 months in accounting or related field, strong computer and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a casino

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license.
Must have 20/20 corrected vision.
High school graduate or GED.
6 months experience in accounting or related field preferred.
Knowledge of computers and spreadsheets; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

Review documents from cage, soft count, blackjack, poker, restaurant, bar and gift shop for accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Prepare daily managers’ reports and figures used in financial reporting.
Report variances or discrepancies to the Comptroller for review.
Prepare and maintain various spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
Comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements per Grand River Casino controls.
