Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide clerical support across the accounting function, including reconciliation, postings, and balance sheet analysis for non-gaming operations. You’ll contribute to audits, payroll support, and cross-functional projects within a dynamic hospitality and casino environment.

Qualifications

Combination of education and experience to equal two years in accounting/bookkeeping or related field.
Two years experience in a computerized accounting environment.
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Basic knowledge in word-processing, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily and monthly accounting duties, including reconciling accounts.
Assist accounts payable in processing payments and filing paperwork.
Prepare account analysis for numerous balance sheet accounts.
Prepare checks for deposit and posts to GL.
Compile and analyze tip information for tip tracking and reporting.
Audits/verifies revenue accounts and reconciles records across operations.
