ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. 1. Every day cashier tickets are reviewed and balanced. If variances occur, then the individual cashier’s tickets are audited to find the discrepancy.
2. 2. All discrepancies are recorded into a spreadsheet. All shortages are noted and the cashier is then responsible for the shortage.
3. 3. Records daily machine revenues by vendors onto a spreadsheet. Month end reports are agreed to the vault and given to the controller for review and recording in the MAS90 accounting system.
4. 4. The vendor, Multi-Media Reel Time, daily transactions are recorded in a spreadsheet. The Jackpot winners are reimbursed to the Casino by wire transfer.
5. 5. Month end reports are agreed to the vault and given to the Manager for review and recording in the MAS90 accounting system..
6. 6. The month end reports are printed and given to the Manager for review and recording in the MAS90 accounting system.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School or GED

EXPERIENCE: Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and accounting knowledge is preferred. Casino experience is helpful.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to maneuver in a casino/ office. Standing, sitting, walking, moving/lifting up to 20-lbs; climbing, stooping, bending, crawling, kneeling, twisting and bending. Full range of physical mobility and manual dexterity required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and problem solving ability.
