Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel and 10-key by touch required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly.
• Casino experience and familiarity with OASIS or IGT systems preferred.
• Self-motivated and inquisitive; able to lift 25 pounds.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete audits of slots, food, beverage, player’s club, and cage following detailed instructions and checklists


• Prepare Excel schedules to support journal entries


• Title 31 audit and compliance documentation


• Identifies, investigates and reports any system, document or accounting issues that occurs during preparing and completing an audit


• Formulate procedures and training of property staff


• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Must have intermediate level knowledge of Excel and 10 key by touch a must


• Ability to calculate figures and amounts; strong competency of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division


• Ideal candidates will have previous casino experience and preferably be familiar with OASIS or IGT slot systems.


• Self‑motivated and inquisitive


• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming employee registration

• This position requires mostly working weekdays with some travel to other Northern Nevada properties, as needed.
