Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a detail-oriented finance/controls specialist at our Missouri casino operations. You will consolidate shift reports, verify deposits, audit control documents, and report W2G information while safeguarding customer financial data.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ability to handle multiple office devices, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime in a fast-paced environment with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

• Must be able to work any shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend moderately complex instructions (Internal Controls).
• Must understand and adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.

• Audit and account for all control documents and prepare exception reports for all errors.
• Review, compile, and report W2G information.
• Ensure security of customer financial information.

Competencies:

• Ability to use office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, 10-key calculator, and photocopier.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand moderately complex instructions, including Internal Controls.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
