Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years BI/revenue-cycle experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for revenue analytics.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Extract, aggregate, and organize data from SQL databases housing revenue cycle data.
• Evaluate data for accuracy and report integrity; troubleshoot irregular data issues.
• Translate business and technical requirements into operational reports and dashboards.
• Develop reports and impact models for revenue operations, finance, and accounting.
• Process end-of-month reporting packages for leadership teams.
• Generate ad-hoc queries and analyses as requested.
• Create SOPs and process flow diagrams as needed.
• Monitor ETL results and ensure data loads are timely and accurate.
• Maintain SSIS/SSRS packages and related data workflows.
• Assist with data dictionaries and documentation of data flows.
