Bally's The Queen Casino in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Hourly) to support revenue accounting within the Finance department. The role focuses on entering daily revenue data, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate records.

You must be at least 18 with a high school Diploma, and an Associate’s Degree or two years of related income audit experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a target hourly compensation of $15, offering exposure

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's Degree in related field OR two years' related income auditor work/educational experience.

Responsibilities

Enter daily information into revenue audit report forms and run back-up reports.
Prepare journal entries, track coupons used on property, sort and record complimentary receipts.
Reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
Assist with monitoring financial activities to ensure compliance with laws, rules and gaming regulations.
Evaluate situations with revenue audits and determine proper handling.
Maintain a high level of service and accuracy in revenue accounting records.
Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Maintain consistent attendance and perform other duties as required.
