Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile monthly gas, NGL, and oil revenues for operated and non-operated properties.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end close support with documentation.
• Prepare account reconciliations, research reconciling items, and provide explanations.
• Analyze revenue variances related to volumes, pricing, or ownership changes.
• Respond to owner, purchaser and internal inquiries regarding revenue bookings and payments.
• Prepare and file state reports and escheatment filings; ensure timely submission.
• Maintain DOI transfers and pay code changes; support revenue inbox.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.
