Job summary

Circle is seeking an accounting professional to own end-to-end revenue and partnership accounting, ensuring accurate recognition and timely close. You will improve controls, collaborate across teams, and drive AI-driven automation while preserving governance and audit readiness.

You will work on close processes for revenue and partnerships, analyze financial movements, and ensure accurate reflections under ASC 606 and US GAAP in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or audit experience.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially ASC 606, with hands-on revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting for revenue and partnership arrangements, ensuring proper recognition, close, and disclosures.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and reporting; collaborate with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation to reduce manual work while preserving governance and audit readiness.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L movements; investigate anomalies and provide evidence-based commentary.
• Review customer and partner arrangements under ASC 606 and US GAAP; apply non-standard terms.
