Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Returns Bay Clerk to accurately process returned assets and assist with unloading/loading trailers in a safe manner.

You will use designated company systems, record required information for timely billing, and interact professionally with truck drivers. Responsibilities include scanning assets with the AMOV/AS400 system, verifying driver paperwork, stacking pallets, documenting in the warehouse system, and coordinating with other departments to resolve

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80-85 lbs and perform standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Clear and effective communication with peers and leaders.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process returned assets using the AS400 AMOV system to scan items.
• Verify driver paperwork against unloaded items and identify temperature zones.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Construct pallets using interlocking case method and label correctly.
• Document sellable returns in the warehouse system and on forms.
• Process salvage product for key customers and load appropriately.
• Monitor refrigeration units and report discrepancies promptly.
• Scan, load, and document cardboard bales and use scales as needed.
• Compact plastic/cardboard safely and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide daily asset needs to other departments and manage related charges.
• Maintain productivity standards and seek guidance during slow times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
