Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company in Evansville, IN is seeking a detail-focused warehouse associate to document returned packages, perform quality checks, and accurately process return authorizations. Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environments is preferred.

You will follow FIFO, prepare stock or scrap as appropriate, maintain a neat, safe work area, and support a fast-paced team while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communications spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation integrity.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Toast the capacity to manage multiple processes concurrently.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document all returned packages using company systems.
• Quality check all returned products for damage or defects.
• Receive Return Authorizations and prepare for stock, RAP, or Scrap.
• Process Return Authorizations within 5 business days of the return date.
• Follow FIFO process for returned packages.
• Process Authorized Returned Product stock according to guidelines.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• May lead/train employees in adequate standards of work.
• Perform other related duties as required.
