Qualifications

• Basic PC/Windows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming returns according to procedure.
• Inspect and grade returned shoes and prepare for stock.
• Complete required returns documents and attach customer paperwork.
• Input returns data into the computer system for reporting.
• Perform clerical duties related to the Returns process.
