Codale Electric Supply is seeking a Returns Coordinator in West Valley City, Utah. In this role, you will manage product return activities, ensuring timely processing and strong vendor communication. Responsibilities include coordinating Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), tracking vendor credits, and maintaining accurate return documentation.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems. This position also offers comprehensive benefits, including a 401K Plan and competitive medical plans.

The Returns Coordinator – Purchasing is responsible for managing all product return activities, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and strong vendor communication. This role supports the Purchasing team by coordinating RMAs, tracking vendor credits, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate return documentation. The position plays a key role in reducing inventory shrinkage, improving vendor relationships, and supporting branch operations.
Location: Salt Lake City
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
