We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a key role in the tire retreading process, helping us deliver a high-quality, cost-effective product to our customers. This is a hands‑on role in a production setting, where you will be working in a fast-paced and hot environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and buff tire carcasses in preparation for retreading
• Apply rubber compounds to prepare tires for curing
• Operate curing equipment to process retreaded tires
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Scan tires at each stage to maintain accurate tracking
• Follow all safety policies and use appropriate protective equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely at all times
• Willingness to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working in a team‑based, fast‑paced setting
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Goal‑oriented with a commitment to meeting production and quality standards
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, as needed
• Must comply with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
