B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions seeks an Investment Advisor Representative to deliver personalized investment advisory services and develop tailored financial plans for retirees and pre-retirees.

You will guide clients on wealth management strategies and retirement planning while building trusted relationships across our Utah offices. The role requires 4+ years in financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, and licenses (State Insurance, Series 65 or 7/66).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of financial services experience.
• State Insurance License required.
• Series 65 license required (or 7/66 combo).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized investment advisory services and develop tailored financial plans.
• Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, long-term care & managed portfolios.
• Develop, manage and retain strong client relationships.
• Meet individual and team goals through defined processes and procedures.
• Attend weekly meetings via Zoom.
