Qualifications

• 5+ years in Wealth Management or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive-ready narratives.
• Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable with AI platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Managers and Advisors to model economic impact during retirement.
• Support all phases of Advisor Retirement lifecycle.
• Lead book review process to ensure client retention during retirement.
• Provide training to Field managers and Advisors on best practices.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership.
• Build relationships with corporate partners to implement strategic retirement initiatives.
• Develop AI agents/automation to enhance operational efficiencies.
