Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis, data imports, reconciliations, or transaction balancing.
  • Ability to interpret detailed procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Advanced attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation of new retirement plans.
  • Review, validate, and import participant and plan data into internal systems.
  • Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain plan documentation, agreements, and supporting records.
  • Partner with internal teams to transition prospective clients into active plans.
  • Communicate directly with employers regarding plan setup, requirements, and ongoing updates.
  • Research and resolve issues that require analysis and independent judgment.
  • Apply regulatory guidelines and internal procedures to administrative processes.
  • Monitor records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Provide education and guidance regarding available retirement plan solutions.

Job Description

The Retirement Plan Administrator will support the setup and ongoing administration of retirement plans while serving as a key point of contact for employers throughout the onboarding process. This position requires strong critical-thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret guidelines and regulations while managing a variety of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the onboarding and implementation of new retirement plans
