Job summary

Ash Brokerage, LLC is a premier retirement solutions provider seeking a Retirement Income Designer to help agents select optimal annuity contracts tailored to applicants’ needs.

You will gather information, explain policy features, illustrate proposals with carrier software, and educate agents on products while maintaining strong relationships in a time-sensitive, market-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance with relevant experience or training.
• Experience in sale or marketing of insurance/financial products desired.
• Life insurance license preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from agents/brokers to determine an appropriate annuity contract.
• Work with agents to collect information and tailor contracts to applicants’ needs.
• Solicit new agents/brokers and inform about new products and carriers.
• Use carrier software to illustrate proposed policies and share with agents.
• Enter initial illustration activity into internal tracking and record follow-up.
• Establish and maintain rapport with agents and carriers.
• Educate agents on product offerings and benefits of Ash Brokerage.
• Provide ongoing customer service to agents after applications are submitted.
• Stay aware of new or modified product offerings and industry developments.
