Job summary

Ophthalmology Ltd (OLTD) in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a third retinal surgeon to join a two-person team in a multi-specialty practice. The goal is to continue delivering excellent medical and surgical retinal care while growing the practice in the four-state region over the next decades.

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO, completed ophthalmology residency, a two-year retina fellowship, board certification, SD licensure eligibility, and a DEA certification, with strong communication

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed an accredited residency in Ophthalmology.
• Two-year medical/surgical retina fellowship completed.
• Board certification is required.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in South Dakota and a valid DEA certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a collegial team-oriented practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical retina care as part of a two-retina specialist team.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty ophthalmology colleagues to coordinate patient care.
• Engage in clinical trials and ongoing research within the practice.
• Serve the Sioux Falls, SD patient base with high-quality retinal service.
