Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Retina Surgeon to join a dynamic ophthalmology practice in Phoenix. You will work with seven surgeons, an experienced optometrist, and a dedicated support team to provide comprehensive retinal care and advanced vitreoretinal procedures.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Restore and preserve vision for retinal disorders such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachments.
• Evaluate and diagnose retinal and vitreoretinal conditions to determine surgical or medical intervention.
• Utilize advanced surgical techniques including scleral buckle, vitrectomy, macular surgery, laser procedures, and intravitreal injections.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct precise, minimally invasive vitreoretinal surgeries.
• Provide attentive post-operative care and monitor retinal recovery and visual outcomes.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and front office staff.
• Treat retinal diseases, diabetic eye disease, macular pathology, retinal vascular disorders, and complex vitreoretinal surgeries.
