EHN seeks a Research Coordinator to oversee clinical trials from initiation to close, ensuring visits and procedures follow the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and IRB requirements. The role involves prescreening, consent discussions, data entry, and regulatory document maintenance.

The candidate should have clinical trial experience, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with study teams, IRB, and sponsors. This on-site position emphasizes compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Clinical trial experience is required.
• Familiar with NextGen EHR and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Correspond with IRB regarding study start-up, maintenance and safety reporting.
• Review protocol to ensure accurate data collection and procedures.
• Prescreen prospective subjects and schedule screening visits.
• Conduct informed consent discussions per ICH/GCP.
• Maintain source documents and regulatory documentation for trials.
• Schedule and facilitate monitoring visits and ensure proper compensation for subjects.
