Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-eligible or board-certified in ophthalmology.
- Fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery is highly recommended.
- Experienced and recent graduate physicians welcome to apply.
- Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous.
- Perform specialized retinal surgeries (retinal detachment, macular issues, diabetic retinopathy).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle changes.
- Participate in clinical research and retina-related publications/presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retina care advancements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and high patient care standards.
