Eye To Eye Careers in Phoenix, AZ seeks a full-time Retina Ophthalmologist to join an established practice. Fellowship is not required, and the role includes a strong support team while focusing on medical and surgical retina care.
Compensation features a first-year guaranteed base of $350,000+ with uncapped upside at 35% of collections in year two and beyond. Sign-on and relocation allowances are offered, along with comprehensive benefits and a Nextgen EMR.
Qualifications
- Full-time retina surgeon role; fellowship not required.
- Experience in medical and surgical retina care with a dedicated support team.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical and surgical retina care for patients.
- Clinic 3–4 days per week and 1–2 days in the OR.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient care.

Join an established practice looking to add a full time Retina Surgeon to see both Medical and Surgical patients (fellowship not required). Large opportunity for growth!
Our team has a focus on excellent patient care and our next doctor will have a full support team of technicians, scribes, ODs, and staff.
- First year minimum of $350,000+ guarantee (based on experience)
- Year two you will receive a 35% percentage of collections.
- There is no compensation cap!
- Unlimited potential!
- 20 days PTO
- Additional 17 days annually for CE + Sick days + paid holidays
- Up to $25,000 sign on bonus.
- Up to $20,000 relocation
