Job summary

Ollie’s Lexington, KY is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to support customers and keep the store looking its best. You will manage your assigned zone, assist with truck receiving, pricing, and merchandising to uphold visual standards.

Responsibilities include knowing current promotions to answer questions, driving sales, and keeping the zone neat. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
