Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store environment within their assigned zone. This role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will ensure merchandised zones meet visual standards, stay informed on promotions to answer questions, and help with receiving trucks, pricing, and stocking. Strong teamwork and flexibility are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
