Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery, while ensuring standards and programs are met and staff are properly scheduled and motivated to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and reception, ensure proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff effectively for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service.
