The role emphasizes customer service, counter sales, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth. Experience with POS and ERP systems is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of cashier, retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Answer customer questions and assist with product selection.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct outreach to current and potential customers.
• Assist customers in the yard and warehouse areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Utilize NetSuite and other computer systems for sales support.
• Follow company safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
