Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the United States, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions and to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You will pursue sales goals, earn commissions, and advance your career through internal leadership opportunities, while supporting daily store operations and fostering community relationships as part of a driven team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
