Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Idaho. Base pay plus commissions offers 40,000–50,000+ USD per year and strong growth opportunities.

You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless tech and entertainment solutions, hit sales goals, and contribute to a collaborative in-store team. Evening and weekend shifts required; 18+ and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
