Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse- Product Support Associate to help keep our back-end operations running smoothly. This role supports staging, shipping, inventory control, and visual merchandising to ensure showroom readiness.

You will work with store leadership on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork while helping customers with pickup coordination and service inquiries. This is an on-site, hourly position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and ship merchandise to showrooms.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory integrity in the stockroom.
• Assist with visual merchandising prep and assembly support.
• Help ensure showroom readiness behind the scenes and in back-end operations.
• Coordinate customer pickup and service interactions as needed.
