Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking Retail Operations Associates to support our Avon, MA stores. You will ensure showroom and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and safe, assist with product assembly, inventory counts, truck unloading, and basic repairs to display fixtures.

This role requires standing for long shifts, using basic hand and power tools, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning to keep the store guests' experience positive.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and handle deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory.
• Assist showroom with setup and repairs.
• Perform basic repairs and painting as needed.
• Assist with product loading for pickups.
