Job summary

Best Buy in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to help keep the sales floor stocked and prepare online orders for shipment. You will unload trucks, replenish shelves, track inventory, and assist customers with in-store and curbside pickups.

You’ll join a team focused on safe operations, efficient packing, and timely customer service, with a need for physical exertion including lifting up to 100 pounds and working a flexible schedule that includes holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three months of experience in a retail, warehouse or operations role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and record store inventory.
• Prepare products to be shipped to other stores and customers’ homes.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Follow established safety guidelines while operating store equipment.
• Process online orders and assist with store pickup orders.
