Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate in West Des Moines, IA to keep the sales floor stocked and prepare online orders for shipment to customers’ homes. You’ll unload trucks, replenish shelves, track inventory, and assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.

The role involves stocking, inventory tasks, safety adherence, and supporting online order processing to ensure timely deliveries and smooth pickup experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse or operations preferred.
• Willingness to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and record store inventory.
• Prepare products to be shipped to other stores and customers’ homes.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
• Follow safety guidelines while operating store equipment.
• Process online orders and assist with store pickup orders.
