Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States (Plainfield, IL) is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, and preparing furniture and home furnishings for customer pickup or delivery. The role involves operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, inspecting merchandise, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the process. Strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, or inventory is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings in the warehouse/distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet quality standards for pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure items are customer-ready.
