Quality Talent Group's client is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, assemble and prepare furniture, handle inventory, and ensure merchandise is customer-ready.

In this role you will operate warehouse equipment safely, perform inspections, and contribute to a clean, organized workspace while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
