Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and merchandise preparation to ensure items are ready for customers.

You will receive, move, store, assemble, and stage furniture, operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, inspect quality, perform touch-ups, and assist with counts and audits. Strong communication and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance as needed).
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies).
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support a positive customer experience.
