Job summary
Victra is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with Verizon products. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and create memorable in-store experiences while working with store leaders and peers.
Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, enjoy helping customers, and can work evenings and holidays. Training is provided, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
