Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help meet goals.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with guidance and effort.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks in advance scheduling.
• Stay flexible to evolving tech and changing customer needs.
• Support top sellers with tools and coaching to achieve goals.
